  • Exhibition fees

    EUCAS 2015 offers the opportunity to be part of the industrial exhibition within the conference. The exhibition area (more than 1575 m2) will mix together the industrial booths, the posters sessions and coffee breaks. Your company can thus benefit from major visibility and the traffic of 1,000 congressists visiting the exhibition at various times of the day.
     
     
    Modular pre-equipped booth includes:
    • 3m x 3m (9m2) or 4m x 3m (12m2) surface with carpet
    • Rear and side wooden panels
    • A3 sign with company name
    • 1 power socket and 3 spotlights
    • 1 table + 3 chairs
    • 1 registration fee for the conference and gala dinner included

    - 9m2 booth : 3200€ + VAT (20%)
    - 12m2 booth : 4500€ + VAT (20%)

    Additional conference fees for exhibitor including gala dinner :

    - 450€ + VAT (20%)

    Complementary furniture available on demand.
    As Gold Platinum sponsor, EUCAS gives you priority to reserve the entrance booths of the exhibition space.
     
    Assembly and dismantling
    - Assembly will take place on Sunday 6 September from 12:00 am to 4:00 pm.
